Gmt vs gmt ii

? Was the main difference between the 2, a different movement with quick set on the GMT II ?

Also am I correct that this took place around year 2000 ?

Thanks Chris

Earlier.
It took place with the 16760. The “2” is the jump hour not the quickset which came with the 16750.

That would have a quick-set date.

Takes a few days to realize you have a watch or for a few days after returning
