watches and wonders is less than a week away, but still no teaser videos from rolex!

very frustrating, I'm sure rolex had released teasers of new releases by this time last year! come on rolex!
I am expecting new daytonas and discontinuation of the SD43 and pepsi.

Really surprised by the number of people that believe the Pepsi will be discontinued.

I think an upsized Daytona (41mm?) with updated movements. TT Rose Gold models as well.

I actually have more predictions for Tudor, haha. I think we see a Coke GMT for Tudor (but not Rolex!) and a Polar BB Pro.

Well if its anything what its been like over the past 23 years any teaser not worth waiting for.Rolex today mostly do cosmetic changes to there old model watches,in the real world today you could count on one hand the real completely new watches they released over the past few decades. But perhaps a big perhaps they will release a few completely new watches this year but dont hold your breath .

Maybe they have nothing new this year, so a teaser about nothing would be too disappointing... :-)

No they didn't. They released the teaser on Instagram 48 hours before the W&W reveal last year. I'd say they'll release something by Friday or Saturday and announce the watches on Monday.

Exactly this. I think the Sky Dweller was probably the last genuinely “new” model introduced and that was 11 years ago now.

Practically everything else has been a variation on an existing theme - a different dial colour here, a fraction of a mm there (or a lot of mm in the case of the DSC!), etc. Obviously everyone goes absolutely bananas for whatever Rolex do, but I never expect anything overtly groundbreaking from Rolex these days. And if by a miracle they decided to spend more than 5 mins of this years designs and produce something totally new, I’ll be very pleasantly surprised.

I'm excited to see what anniversary models they introduce. Nonetheless, the frustrating part is how long we have to wait to actually receive any.

You are in such a hurry to discover new products that you will not be able to have for months... for some, even years ???

I agree. On one hand, I have the feeling that Rolex BETTER release something new, their reputation could suffer if this year is another disappointing… nothing. On the other hand, what do I know, because they still sell every watch they make with waitlists etc.

I would tend to agree, however, I spoke to an AD recently that mentioned that Rolex is not particularly happy with the red and blue color of the BLRO...complete speculation however

I hope they don’t mess with the 4130 movement or the size

They could fix a few other things though

Rolex typically tweaks models a little bit within their core DNA. Year after year people post no big deal with the new models. Why should this year be any different. The left-hand GMT last year was a bold move for Rolex. Can they do something that big again? We will have to wait and see, but odds-on no.

Why would the indices be in white gold instead of yellow gold? That seems off to me. No crown between Swiss Made either. They photoshopped the hulk dial into that image.
