You know, that watch should be my next. It has the worlds greatest first name, and I love diver's watches

I can reveal what I have been waiting for.
At around 1 pm today, I started wearing this... I am totally pumped about this one. Just love the way it feels & looks. Have already had a chance to use the Alarm feature. After I picked this one up, we did some shopping downtown & visited a second Rolex AD. UNBELEIVABLE. I have never been to this store before, and I ask about SS Daytona's. The lady says, "I'll be right back" And comes out with a BLACK DAYTONA I try it on , and comment, "I think I might like the white better, but I actually haven't seen it in white" So what does she do, BRINGS OUT A WHITE SS DAYTONA THEN she come back a third time with an LV SUB. Totally unbelievable shopping experience today. The white was sold, pending someone picking it up, the Black & LV , I could have walked out with , if I really wanted them

I gave the Sub a rest for the past couple of days and went with a little old school.

Congrats Johm. love the 98 pal!! On the radar for sure!!!!
I am wearing one that came in the mail today. Can't read the time, but it is a really cool watch for the $$. This thing does glow like a torch though. I now have as many Seikos (black Knight, BM and Alpha) as I do Pannies (9B, 000I and 118E). Guess which I wear more. I also like the rotating inner compass, not that I will ever use it.

That's one tough looking mother, Daren. Enjoy it and wear it in good health, my friend. Say Hi to Andie and the kids.

If I were to buy another Panerai then the PAM98 would be the one! I've always liked this watch from the minute I saw it, and with the GP movement it has a serious engine too! Congratulations - you made a great choice! Quote:

Well Saturday was a busy one. Kids soccer games from 1230 - 300pm, then I rewired a new stereo into the Land Rover 110, then helped my wife plant some pansies and diansas. Started to wear the beater Seiko Divers 200m automatic with thick rubber strap but then I took that crap off and wore the GMTII all day. What's the use in wearing something else!!?

I've been mixing and matching this weekend.
Started off yesterday wearing this one: Then we went out for dinner with friends so I switched to this one: This morning I had to reset the date on a bunch of my autos, and decided, what the heck, this one hasn't had any wrist time lately, so it's on now: Tonight, when we go to services, I will switch to this one:

Wearing my Swatch Tresor Magique in Platinum today, after almost 6 months of inactivity. Just suddenly made me remember how heavy Platinum is.
