Tritium bezel and pip for 1990 sub 14060

I bought this 1990 rolex sub t25 but the bezel pip bulb is glowing green is this a bad situation and replacement bezel. Will this devalue the originality of the watch? Is worth making everything original? The watch is still beautiful and i enjoy wearing it.

Does the dial and hands glow? Does the pip glow bright? Pics

Generally I wouldn't fret over this.

The bezel insert may have been replaced during a service. We would need to see good photos to verify. At this time, an authentic service insert would not dramatically impact the value of a 1990s 14060, IMO.

Bezel inserts are replaced all the time; they seldom devalue a watch very much as they are considered expendable parts.

Some very rare models can benefit greatly by having original inserts, as long as everything else is original too, a 14060 Sub wouldn't fit this niche..

You cannot "make everything original", a watch is only original once, replacing parts does not return it to, nor make it original. Looking around for period correct parts can be expensive and seldom results in a return for the cost, however, some folks do like to do that as part of the hobby.

Thanks, i was just wondering since this is my favorite and not a flipper watch. It will be passed down. I did notice the bracelet is a replacement also.
