A lot of these watches were not marked with a model number. Some were and some werent. They are usually just referred to as "Rolex Ladies Cocktail Watches". Based on the style of the hour markers on the dial, I would take a guess of late 60s or 1970s in age. Not much "Rolex" desirability due to changing trends. All of its value will be in the gold content and raw gem stone worth.

The official name is "Rolex Orchid" but as stated above, not particularly valuable beyond scrap content

Still quite nice and in good condition for the age.

I agree that the dial is cleaner than I often see for these ladies cocktail watches, which had zero water resistance.
