What did you give your AD for Easter?

I sent $5000 worth of giant artisan Swiss chocolate eggs shipped from Switzerland and paid a panhandler $10 to keep an eye on my Rolls when it was being dropped off.

Easter is a special time to remember those less fortunate, and I always pay it forward. So should you.

We wouldn’t have expected anything less of you. My AD wasn’t around to receive anything, as I had the whole team shipped out for a weeklong trip on my guest-yacht two days ago. I’m told my new SS sub is due any day now.

Would this be the day to ask if they have any empty plastic coffins lying around in the safe?

I gave them a Bank wire for my first Rolex ever. Since here in Spain everything is closed for Easter, the wire didnt reach in time for me to pick it up last wednesday.
Waiting since then with no cash and dreaming with tuesday collection from the AD.

I gave the entire staff and their family a free 7 day vacation to Geneva, I am hoping they bring some goodies back with them.

Yea. Probably. But there was likely a catch: empty bezel and each colorful stone had to be found as part of a scavenger hunt.

Was told by my AD on St Patrick’s Day when I sent a case of Redbreast 27 Year Old Whiskey from Ireland that all the rainbows were bought by grey dealers along with all leprechauns. It’s sad really.

Thought the latter was a one-off for Federer’s wife?

You let a panhandler look at your Rolls? I always have my "Man Friday" to ensure the proletariat avert their eyes when I'm out & about with the Cisitalia.

You new money folk slay me.

The irony of this statement, given the subject, was most likely lost on the majority. But much appreciated here .

What is wrong with asking someone in need of work to keep an eye on a bag of bread? Seems logical to not want to bring it into the AD; all the talk here of bringing donuts could have created expectations and an awkward situation when the rolls weren’t offered.

I mean "ewww". They really should keep people like that out of the tonier areas anyway; better for them really.

I agree.

I told the fine chap that if he simply stopped getting Starbucks, eating at Chipotle and took cold showers he could one day be like me (unlikely).

Always lecture these folks at Rolex stores. It hits different with visuals.
