Miracles happen...... sometimes
Hi guys.
Been hunting a DJ41 for a while now but no succes at the AD's the last 16 months. After years of wearing SS sport watches (Submariner and GMT) I felt it was about time for my first TT Datejust. I travel a lot for work and can't pass by any AD without checking if there is stock. In the meantime I was able to pick up a DJ31 for my wife  but never really found the one I wanted.Until today.... passing Amsterdam airport I stopped at the Rolex Boutique and managed to buy a Steel and Everose DJ41 with fluted bezel, jubilee and a slate fluted motif dail.  The SA told me they received one watch today just 5 minutes before I entered the store. While she was filling in papers and taking off the stickers three more people walked in wanting to buy the watch.I feel blessed being there in time! Few minutes delay could have made me miss this beauty. Keep hunting guys, it is there somewhere. |

I was fortunate to have purchased a TT CHNR last year and 3 years ago a Blue DJ41. The cherry on top of the cake was that its really Tax Free in Schiphol Airport ! |
