Icon14 Takuya is more reliable than the US dollar!

Background:
I was looking for a very pricey watch for my wife, a Patek. I was an anti-grey dealer guy because I wanted to optimize for authenticity and relationship with the AD. After buying some disappointing pieces to "build" a relationship with several ADs - Ben Bridge in WA, London Jewelers in Manhasset, NY, and Deutch & Deutch in El Paso, TX, I learned they're all less authentic than the quality grey dealers here. So, I found the perfect Patek at a great price with Takuya.

The Purchase
I texted Takuya a few times to discuss the watch. He was straight forward and to the point. He was even willing to take a call and did a whatsapp video call to display the watch. I researched his reviews in who's who on TRF and his reputation seemed spotless.

I decided to buy the watch. He sent me an invoice and asked me to wire a lot of money. This made me very nervous because I once wired funds (small amount) to the wrong account number and it could not be retraced. I tried to verify Takuya the best I could, but only found his store, site, TRF, and some postings on other forums. He also sent the invoice from a Hotmail email which initially made me nervous.

After going to the forums and confirming that the email was correct. And re-confirming by doing a CTRL-F on the email, phone, bank info; I wired the money and confirmed with Takuya.

Once confirmed, he was so professional and communicative. He updated me every step of the way. Verified the correct address and zip (I think he researched me). Then confirmed payment and let me know that it was on it way to Fedex.

The package arrived the next morning via Fedex. Takuya was watching the tracking and when it was delayed, he even contacted me to ask if I was at the office to pick up the watch. He then followed up to confirm that I had the watch in-hand and confirmed my liking.

The watch was in beautiful condition and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I am totally vouching for Takuya and hope to do more business as my "grey-AD".
