Sea and Air Duo

I need to add a land piece to complete the trio. Other than a Speedy or Daytona, what do you suggest?

Great two some.

I think this would make a great "land" addition.

I have these same watches among my collection. The land part is explorer 39 or my OP41 green

Ditto for polar Exp2. Fun travel watch when ya don't wanna get robbed at gunpoint flexing your gmt2 in a foreign country..

Nice duo! I’d add a JLC Reverso or IWC Portofino or Rolex Explorer.

Nice duo OP.

If you’re thinking Rolex, I’d suggest an Ex1 36, 39, or 40mm or even DJ36 or 41 if you want something dressier.

Here's some suggestions for chronographs:
TAG Heuer Monaco
TAG Heuer Carrera
Breitling Chronomat
Zenith El Primero
Rolex Daytona

Just an off the wall suggestion, but I think of some famous expeditions conducted on land and the watches associated with them. Naomi Uemura and his Seiko Willard jump out. I like the new LE SLA069 Seiko created. It gives you a bit of an oddball addition, and also a white dial.

There's also the British North Greenland Expedition, and the Tudor Ranger created to honor that accomplishment.

And I know you eliminated the Speedy Pro, but maybe reconsider? That watch was worn on some notable polar expeditions IIRC, and of course the moon thing. I mean as a watch that captures the spirit of human exploration, that might be the pinnacle.

Thank for all the comments. Seems like ExII Polar is the clear recommendation!
