Newman Daytona, any help would be great!

Hello gentlemen,
So, I have been talking to a seller of a 6263 Paul Newman Daytona. He is not a timepiece guy and just wants to sell his deceased fathers watch. I told him to get an idea of what the watch is worth by searching online etc .. we came to an agreement of $20-25k pending verification of authenticity and my in person inspection. I have already spoke Rolex of Beverly Hills who is familiar with the watch and they told me they recommend"The Watch Shop" to the seller for servicing him because they do not service vintage Rolex. The watch shop confirmed that the watch in its entirety was authentic, EXCEPT (they were unsure) maybe a new crystal and screw down on quick set. The back of the dial has "singer" inscribed on it. I do not know the Watch Shop and am doing my diligence. The watch was serviced in the mid 90's and shows it age. IT does run and am asking your opinion on the photos given to me. He has receipts for all work done, but has no box, papers etc.. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your time.
