What does code 8BR2DIBA on box mean? (118239 related)

Seen on this advert. https://www.chrono24.co.uk/rolex/rol...id28943568.htm

Does it mean the watch originally came with diamonds and therefore must have had a service dial swap ?

Thanks

Thanks for the confirmation!

Suppose it’s not a big deal and you would never know without the outer box carton.
