Which Combo of Rolex would you trade for Patek?

Hi after receiving comments on another thread about a possible trade, thought I would query group about which possible combination of Rolex (and IWC) would you give up (if any) for a 5168 Patek?

Probably the rest can go except for the blue sub and the Red sub.

Had PPs, keep the Rolex. If you're looking for decorated movement / interesting, take a look at Czapek, H. Moser, etc. A Sky-Dweller would make sense.

Patek did nothing for me 20+ years ago when they were readily available, still nothing now. The robustness of any Rolex outweighs the haute horology angle. I would keep your Rolex.

It's hard to get excited about that Patek. The SS Aquanaut makes more sense and is a better size IMO. I would also recommend you keep your Rolex.

need the 42m for my wrist size. 5168 is only option that I know of.

I’d hang onto the Daytona and LV and trade the rest towards this VC, if at all possible. Skip the Patek.

It’s so versatile with the strap change system, and the size will work for your wrist (based on your comment above).

Blue dial.

WG case.

I would trade nothing for a patek. They may appreciate more, cost more but, Rolex was always a watch I never thought I would be able to obtain and Im thrilled to have and wear my Rolex watches.

I would keep the red sub that’s about it, if you get the 5168g you won’t wear anything else so it doesn’t matter.

Lot of Patek haters in here, I’m very surprised. Ask in the PP forum.

Not hating, just don't see the value / etc unlike Patek of the past imho. Plus there's better out there for the ask imho.

Now if you mean ultra-complications, those are made to higher quality standards, more finishing work, etc. Am still hoping Patek releases a Connoisseur Series to at least catch up a bit to what the many true independents are doing. Then again it appears that level has gone independent versus corporate.

Not an appealing Patek.

Subjective, of course.

I’d rather a JlC, but I would never give up my Rolexes for another brand.

I’d part with IWC, sub lv, sub white gold and modern sea dweller….but not necessary for this aquanaut. Make sure you try and 5168 before before buying and are fully comfortable with the decision.

Speaking for myself not a fan of most Patek watches yes great movements plus they have the name which many wear today. But just dont like there style in watches so would not trade any watch for one.
