Seiko table clock identification
Hello,
I have a small vintage Seiko Quartz table clock but am struggling to find any information as to its age, model or value. I haven’t seen another like it. Would love it someone could shed some light and assist, it would be greatly appreciated. The base has ‘8610’ on a tiny sticker. I’ve attached two photographs for reference. Thanks, Scott. |

Here's something similar. 8610 seems to refer to the caliber.

Is it a bean or a hershey kiss without the top? List it on the bay for a hundred or best offer.

That's an interesting clock, Scott. Hoping you're able to gather all the desired details on its origin.

Thanks for the info and links, all!
It’s similar to the ‘bean’ one you linked. But yes, I’d moreso describe it as the ‘hershey kiss without the top.’ I’m not too sure what the hole is for. Potentially to ‘pop’ the face out from the rear for repair / battery change. I haven’t attempted this through fear of breaking it. Do you think it would be brass or just gold coloured metal? Thanks again, Scott. |
