How much does RSC charge to change a dial on a Datejust 41
126300 silver dial to the blue dial. Will RSC do it? It’s over 3 years old like a 2019 model

I had a dial and hands change at RSC Houston two years ago. I paid $550.00.

A SA at Ben Bridge just said tonight that RSC don’t change dial colors anymore? Doubt it

I called Dallas a few days ago. They do but has to be after 5 year till after warranty runs out. And depending on the availability of your choice. She wouldn't tell me a price.

Basic dials (non diamond) are €420, placement is €90, only if the watch is in good condition, otherwise you need to get a service. And only after the 5 year warranty is expired, as stated above.

They will require that you do a complete service. So tack on another $ 800 maybe.
I went through this. They refused to change a dial in my Date unless I had it serviced as well. I passed and am happy I did. |

This is most certainly not always the case. If the watch is in good condition then a dial change will be done without a service.

This is info I received last week when I asked about swapping dials on my DJ 116234. Was told if it is running with in Rolex spec they would swap the dial. Cost of dial was $420 and if I wanted to keep my dial they would charge 40% of its cost of my dial . Not sure of the fee to do it, didn’t ask. My AD has 2 certified Rolex watchmakers on premises. RSC Beverly Hills was going to swap my 3yo BLNR’s crystal to the new anti reflective one with no service and within the 5 year warranty window. I’ll see what they say next week
