Pic Request: DJ41 White Baton Oyster/Smooth

Hi, would anyone be kind enough to post pics of their DJ41 White Baton Oyster/Smooth configuration please? Feel like I'm edging towards this over the OP41 Silver (plus way easier to get hold of). Already have a Fluted/Jubilee DJ41 Wimbledon so not looking for any other configs.

Also, I'm not sure if this is the right terminology, but is it a "lacquered" dial? (Like, say, the OP41 Tiffany?)

Any other white dials I should consider? The Explorer II is a bit close to the GMT for me (which I already have), and wanted something a bit slimmer.

I don’t have the smooth bezel but fluted on oyster. You’ll like it a lot if you ultimately choose it, I believe the white dialed DJ is a really nice underrated variant.

Pic Request: DJ41 White Baton Oyster/Smooth

Are you sure you no longer want the OP41 silver? I have the 36 mm, and it is stunning IRL. It’s simple, yet elegant. The yellow gold indices reflect, giving the dial a champagne hue.

I love this watch.

Think something went wrong with your pic (resolution is terrible), but yes I think so. I've been debating it for so long, and I already get my silver fix from the Wimbledon.

I have both. Op silver is sunburst dial. White DJ is lacquer. I don't do sunburst dial it's just not my thing. My op was bought strictly for redial after warranty expires

Wimbledon is slate not silver.

Go silver. It has a fascinating depth and reflective quality.

White is flat.

I'm waiting for...

In between white and silver I love my opaline GMT and you should be able to find one without much wait if any.

This is a fantastic point which I totally missed!! Hmm...

Thanks all for the excellent pics. I really do love the lacquered White dial. But an OP does add something fresh to the mix in a collection that already has a GMT Pepsi and a DJ41 Fluted. I just didn't want another grey-dish dial or a black one.

The OP41 Blue is so dull IMO. Doesn't quite have the same look as the DJ41 Blue.

I'm not adverse to Tudor, but for this specific purpose I really need something less thick. I tried on the Opaline GMT a few weeks back, it's nice but doesn't really serve a purpose for me (vs my Pepsi).

I had the silver OP 41 and after a while, decided it didn't feel all that special and replaced it with Wimbledon DJ (which I feel is much more special).

Are the colours not very similar between the two?

Totally fair; it is chunky lol. Just figured the dial color might appeal given what you’re already looking at so I wanted to throw it out there

Close to your requested spec.

Around here, no watches are easy to get, but the two SAs I deal with say that black and blue dials are easiest to get... white and silver are kind of in the middle. Green, Azzurro, and Wimbledon are most difficult. However, there is a bit of randomness to it, nothing etched in stone as far as colors go....

Are there any modern Rolex dials that are lacquered? I've never read or heard that the Tiffany dial is lacquered.

I have the DJ41 white, roman, oyster & smooth. It does look like a lacquered/enamel finish and it’s beautiful in person. It’s not flat at all

OP looks nice, but the DJ here looks so much more refined and feels more versatile as well.
