For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 40mm 18kt rose gold Vacheron Constantin Patrimony. This sale for the 81180/000R-9159 includes the double Vacheron Constantin boxes and the records from the recent factory service. While at Vacheron Constantin facilities in July 2023, the Patrimony received a complete service, a polishing service, and a new crystal. The Patrimony collection represents the epitome of elegance, and this particular model exemplifies that ethos with its clean lines, slim profile, and understated aesthetic. The inner box is flaking apart and the watch holder is no longer attached to the base. The Vacheron Constantin’s ivory-color dial features applied 18kt rose gold stick indices, 18kt rose gold stick hands, and an applied Vacheron Constantin logo below the twelve o’clock position. The polished 18kt rose gold case is in near mint condition with no notable imperfections. The case is affixed to a fixed 18kt rose gold smooth bezel and is mounted on a standard length dark brown crocodile strap with an 18kt rose gold tang buckle. Powering the Patrimony is a manually-wound caliber 1400 with approximately 40 hours of power reserve.
