Ginza Tokyo - window shopping

Found myself in Tokyo again today and went to see the Seiko House in Ginza and look at the new limited edition GMTs. Beautiful.

Cute display on their main window too.

And then went on to look at one of the many watch shops and saw these beauties, at a bargain!

Prices are in Japanese yen of course!

Hope you enjoyed the pictures!

Wow, makes me miss the days of actually being able to go browse watches. I'm so glad you got to do so and see some amazing pieces in the process. Grand Seiko dials are out of this world, just fabulous.

Watch shopping in Japan is such a pleasure, though I find the vintage stuff far more interesting than the modern (all greys have the same pieces). Be sure to drop by Shellman and Quark in Ginza, and walk around Nakano Broadway. There's stuff there you will most likely never see again.

Totally agree - and the Japanese hospitality and courteousness is just out of this world.

Forgot to say WatchCTI in Ginza is another must. Probably Tokyo痴 best dealer For vintage Japanese watches.
