Please Help - I'm buying a 1989 Presidential Yellow Gold with Diamond Dial for $6500.

Hi guys,

I am new here,

I've been looking for a rolex presidential for quite a while,

I found something that is in my price range, but im not a connoisseur and I dont know if it is a good deal or not.

The watch is a 1989 Rolex Presidential, Yellow gold, Champagne Diamond Dial Face, everything is factory, nothing after market.

The watch comes with box and papers.

It's clean and in great condition, I can get it for $6500US

Is it a good price? Am I getting a good deal, or am I getting somewhat screwed?

What would be the resale value on this if I ever want to sell it?

Would I easily be able to get 6-6.5K for it when I want to sell? Or will I get like 4k for it..

Please help, I really am trying to buy a presidential, but I need you guys' opinion and expertise.

Thanks
