Rolex Tudor Tiger Blue Dial

I have been told that this is a rare dial. Is this true and what are the production numbers if this information is even published by Tudor. If it is not published how is it determioned that the dial is rare?

There are 2 or 3 for sale right now on ebay. No production numbers available either. The blue dial Tiger chronos would be the 792X0P reference but I've not heard of them being considered rare compared to other dials.

When a seller says RARE it means he wants more than a common one. If you have $ nothing is RARE anymore it becomes desirable

I'd say the green Tudor Tiger dial is tough to find. The blue dial is not rare at all, it's as common as most of the Tiger dials.
