You do not mention the watch you are looking for. On the other hand when I was in Switzerland last week this company seemed very helpful and so an email to them could give you the answer you need.

indeed they are very helpful. That's how I tracked down my LV and flew in to pick it up the day after their delivery.
They generally keep you posted on the progress of the deliver by emails.
Received an email 2 days before their delivery, so I could book the flight and on the morning after their deliver they sent me an email advising the LV is available, by then I already had one of their 3 LVs on my wrist and it was just before 10am of their working day.

As for tax, from memory it was about 7% (or could be 10%). But you will have to pay the full or discounted price at the AD and you need to show the watch and hand over a piece of paper to the customs officer at the airport to get your tax refund. It was a simple and painless process.

Good luck with it - which rolex are you looking for?

Thanks all,

I am looking for a SS Daytona Black Face. Thanks for you both detailed information.

I have a very similar case as xcb59 (http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=76026). I was looking for an MSRP Daytona black face locally for years but failed. Although a few months ago, MSRP daytona white face is available locally. But only black face smile to me.

I finally managed to contact one of my friend who works in Switzerland and willing to help me to get one for me from AD.

I also thanks for xcb5 for his p.m. reply when I asked him about the MSRP for Daytona. The answer is 10,400 CHF.
