At what point Vintage, Antique, Or just an old watch.

Been thinking about this the last few days. at what point does a watch become vintage? Vintage means just the year something was produced in wine terms. as in "98 was a good vintage for the Sonoma wines, those of 99 vintage were crap" (just an example of word usge, I have no idea if either of those were good or bad). I mean I see 15 yr old watches being touted as Vintage. To me it's an old watch.
I have a 15 yr old car, that make it "Vintage"???? To me it's an old car that does what it should. Get me from point A to point B. Should I be bragging on it???? I'm not trying to judge anyone here or say your rolex is less then mine cos it's not as old but just trying to understand terms.
