Deepsea 116660. Can it be upgraded to D-Blue?

My Deepsea, a 2010 116660 model, is just going in for a service to Rolex UK.
It just occurred to me that it might be possible to have the dial changed to a D-Blue dial as fitted to the 126660 model.

My questions are-
- does anyone know if the 126660 dial would fit a 116660 model?
- Will Rolex perform this change, obviously at an extra cost?
- Would this increase or decrease the value, assuming that I will retain the original black dial and, if I ever sell it, it would be supplied with both?
