Montblanc Writers Edition Brothers Grimm

I picked this up in September of 2022. It’s has an exceptionally nice 18kt medium nib. Just the right amount of feedback. The finish is a satin resin with several details that I believe are meant to resemble Rapunzal’s hair. There’s a large “R” cast into the cap resin. On the piston filler knob is the phrase “once upon a time” engraved in German, “Es war einmal”. I’ve been told that the clip is supposed to have the faces of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm represented in the metal if you look at it from different angles. Otherwise it’s meant to represent a walking stick. Unfortunately I can’t see their faces but I can see the stick

Thanks Richard! Loving the pen. I also picked up another oddball grail Montblanc for me. A Starwalker Ceramics. I’ll post about it a little later. Hardly any info available on it but the cap and body are completely black ceramic with polished accents. There was some reference to Formula 1 technology involved.

I have one of those too, and like its bumpy feel when I hold it. Kind of unique. A cool pen.

Picked up a bottle of the Montblanc Writer’s Edition green ink also. Kind of a lighter green.
