Montblanc Starwalker ceramics FP

Here’s another Montblanc that seems to be fairly rare. It had been on my watch list for a few years but I could never find a good deal on one. I finally found a new in box pen from a collector in the UK at less than half of gray market prices. It looks like gray market prices have over doubled since I picked it up about a year or so ago. Montblanc states that the design is inspired by Italian futurism and the visual effect of movement in a static object. There’s a reference to F1 braking systems toward the ceramic material used. No where can I find what the composition of the ceramic is though. The nib is the same 18kt gold type that is used on the rest of the Starwalker line. Really enjoying the pen. I doubt I’ll ever see another one in the wild.

Yes sir! That is a nice one! Is the entire body of the pen ceramic?

How is the weight?

Yes, curious too. That looks weighty, in a good way.....

It took a while to find the spec but it weights 51g from what I’m seeing.
