It’s all about the lighting. It’s a chameleon as it adapts to different hours of blue and almost black.

They do exist!!
Beautiful watches! Concerned, I might like them more than my black dial BLRO

Thanks for the pictures. Definitely based on the lighting they look from blue to black.
Congrats you two!

It’s the closest thing in the catalog to the Smurf, and it’s beautiful

My wife told me that I could have any watch for our 25th anniversary. This is the one that I chose :)

That blue dial is beautiful, especially when it's outside and the sunlight is hitting it just right!

Love the blue dial. I feel that it looks better because it integrates better with the blue/red bezel.

Old dog, new tricks… I like the classic black dial more but it’s still a lovely watch.

I like that it looks black in certain lighting conditions

It's my daily driver and after a month of ownership I love it. The dial depending on light conditions ranges from a cheerful splash of blue lacquer to nearly black for a stealth look where the only clue to the difference with a SS BLRO is the warm hue of the white gold.

The gentleman with the tattoo of mountains on his wrist and hand has one of these - he has some of the best pictures of this watch. Hopefully he sees the thread and posts here.

I don’t have blue but I really like it (especially as it turns darker.

I have these two and the OG is probably one of my favourite watches
