Availability of OF Daytonas
Hi all,
Trying to get a feeler regarding the availability of the new OF Daytonas (126… references). Don’t see too many at the greys and/or here on the forum. Potential reasons: - Still too new - Not enough demand (not worth upgrading from 116… reference and price hike for new model) Thoughts? |

To get from a Rolex AD doubtful, but plenty of the older Daytona on the grey market at silly prices as today most Rolex watches have become just £$€ objects.

I was able to get a YG one one on a walk in last month. Not sure if the market is settling or I was just lucky.

Agree. The older reference is still listed above its original retail price which doesn’t make sense a year after the release of the new model.

I would venture to guess that any PM or TT is easier to get than SS. That being said, I'm not really a Daytona fan, but the 126519LN (WG, black dial, ceramic bezel, OF bracelet) looks purty neat.

I love the 12 Daytonas but if you already have a 11 version it’s hardly worth “upgrading.” And by hardly, I mean not at all.

Picked mine up last month (RG, Sundust dial) from my AD. Only a 4 month wait, but I also have a good relationship with my AD.

I think depends on dial and which gold. My area white gold is longer wait than the yellow gold, but should be obtainable in reasonable time frame.
