Royal Oak “Ellephant”
Hi, have always been a Rolex guy and all my collection are the larger ones.
However have been seriously looking into AP , they do look awesome watches. One in particular I am interested in is the “Elephant “, just wondering what people’s thoughts and opinions of this reference. I would really appreciate any comments or pictures, thanks Carl |

The Royal Oak Offshore “Elephant” is hands down one of the best 42mm models, IMHO.

Wow
Great picture, looks amazing thank you so much for replying.
Think I’m going to pull trigger tomorrow. I’ve done as much research as I can and looking at one in London, unpolished with very little wear (leather looks mint) box and papers, reputable dealer £17950. Hopefully post pics tomorrow! Very nice, Carl. Full set, excellent condition and at a very reasonable price…you won’t regret. I know some people might favor the subsequent “Ghost” with the ceramic bezel, but I’ve considered that in addition to the other 42mm ceramic bezel ROOs I have, and as you see the Elephant remains strong in my collection.
Looking forward to your wrist shot… |

A stunning dial, after the classic Panda/silver themes it would be the 42 to have.
