interesting Chrono24 adverts

I should say deceptive, I have been specifically looking for a 228238 or a 228235 and new/unworn condition - about 1/3 of the watches clearly have been polished to some degree and well over half of them have missing links, I.E. I counted 25 links on many of the obviously brand new pieces that have the highest prices but MANY of the supposed new/unworn pieces have pics showing 22-23 or 24 links on the watches and MANY of the supposed new unworns have link screws that are buggered and have obviously been messed with. My point? be VERY careful when looking at "new/unworn" DDs on Chrono - those missing links are $400-$500 a pop when the seller removes them and it reduces the value of the watch, and the more watches you look at the better yu will be able to discern if the supposed new watch has been polished.

I see this all the time with supposedly 'NOS' (new old stock) Rolex. Easy give away is the lugs have a ledge or step underneath that is quite obvious in older models, so if it's not thick and sharp looking, it's polished / used.

Just call one of our trusted sellers here, and tell him what you want.
