Blue Motif 36mm NOS

Do you think there are out there? Leave it to me to fall in love with something no longer available. I'm not sure why it took me this long to notice, but wow! what a beautiful dial!

The blue motif 36mm is the one I had requested from my local AD. It was discontinued before I got one. I don't think there are any current Rolex watches that I want.

I suggest talking to one of the trusted sellers. The odds of getting one at an AD are not promising. Good luck. It is a heck of a watch.

Hey Anthony, how goes it? Yes, blue motif is a spectacular dial, I like the green too.
They are out there not from any AD in the USA, as we all know blue’s and green are most in demand.

I’m sure you can find one with the grey’s maybe even NOS they are out there.
Ask? Or outside the US?

Happy Hunting my friend!

Blue Motif 36mm NOS

Should not be too hard to get, from a trusted seller, as it was only recently discontinued.

I'm sure you'll find one from a trusted seller.

Thank you all, so much! Are the trusted sellers those who are listing watches in the classified section of the forum?

There's tons around. You'll be paying a premium, though.

Yes. Go to the Clssifieds, Rolex, and then Rolex Boutiques. All can be trusted. I’ve used Takuya (Than) and was very happy with him.

They are just resellers. Some might be reliable than others, but just read the feedback from other members.

I personally would not buy from them because not worth the marked up asking price. Too bad the blue dial motif was d/c so there is no choice but to find them on the used market. I consider NOS still used because it was already handled amd/or tried on at some point in time.

The fluted motif is a very nice dial indeed….you’ll be able to find one but most will be very inflated price-wise due to the recent discontinuance. I would expect that to come down over the next 12-24 months but it’s impossible to predict.

If you want the fluted bezel/jubilee bracelet combination you’ll be paying the highest premium.

My AD got the champagne motif dial in last week so they are still trickling out of the factory.
