Ti Yacht
Had a chance to try on the new Ti Yachtmaster today. I was greatly anticipating it but unfortunately after having in my hands, I no longer have any desire to get it. The light felling of the entire watch completely turned me off and I usefully love Ti watches especially from AP. This one is a pass for me.

It is always advisable to see and fit in person before final decisions. It looks big on your wrist.

Same for me when it saw it last Christmas. Not for me either.

I wish they made a 40mm (or 39mm like the Pelegos) version of this watch. And made it in sufficient volumes to sate demand.

I wasn't on the hunt for one and when I handled it, it was underwhelming for me.

I have wanted to try this watch on since it was introduced but have not had the chance. I do not think I would purchase it based on price. I have five Tudor Pelagos watches and truly enjoy them. Not making a straight comparison but for the money, probably the Pelagos.

As someone who has owned both, these are, IMO, entirely different watches. Both great, but not really comparable. Now whether the Rolex is worth the premium (at retail, certainly not at market) is debatable. |

Either way these are not going to normal people anyway. Id buy it in a heartbeat, been wanting this since it came out. Once saw in person, it speaks to me more once I saw it and tried it.

I like it because of its quirkiness

I agree with you. Looks “cheap” with that dull titanium, matte bezel, and bigger size.
I think they did a much better job using titanium on the Tudor Pelagos. |

Love mine....
Does seem to be an acquired taste given the size and feel, but as someone who prefers larger sized watches this fits my requirements perfectly, also does not hurt that it's rather unique....

I really like mine, the Chamfers are a nice touch, matte dial along with bezel is a different look. It's light but very wearable and the size is not overwhelming.

The platinum bezel in rhodium dial color would be my choice.

It's not on my radar. Much prefer my PT/SS 116622.
I'd be interested in a 42mm SS YM with a nice colour scheme, if Rolex were to make one. |

I like it, but for the money I'd get an SD43 with a dash of color and a glidelock.
I much prefer the SS YM's, especially the slate/rhodium (whatever they are calling it these days). |

I like it, but it feels strange on the wrist because it is so light, like a toy watch or a fake..
I have been after one for a while now, no luck and no rush if it happens great. Like everything it’s subject to the user. Colors and look at stunning to me. |

I wonder why they made the minute hand so skinny. It looks off to me compared to the other Yachtmasters. Other than that I like it alot and love Titanium!

I'd take a Pelagos 39 over this.

If they put out a no date version like the prototype, I would be lusting for one.
