This might be a silly question but its so simple

I cannot seem to find a clear answer on google. Do Rolex bracelets and clasps have serial numbers? Obviously the case does but do the bracelets? if they do, do they match the serial number on a case?

Also hypothetically, if a watch goes in for service and Rolex ends up replacing the case, does the new case have the same serial # as the old one?

No.

No, the clasp and bracelet does not have serial numbers matching the one on the case. The older models (I think the 5 digit models and prior) had clasp code that indicated what month and year it was made but the newer models (6 digit) has scrambled numbers/code which cannot not tell you when it was produced.

Rolex bracelets do not have serial numbers but they do have model numbers engraved for newer ones. I think it is on the end link part that rests against the case or on the clasp. On older versions sometimes the last link before the end links and on the clasp. Older clasps also might indicate a date if pre-1972.
If you do get a new mid case from Rolex, I believe they have a specific range of 4.4 million. They will also provide documentation to indicate the case has been replaced. They do not engrave with your original serial number.
At least that is my understanding. I'm sure more concise information will follow.
