Does this red Mark IV dial look correct?

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=960817

The center portions of the red lettering look serifed(?) but not all. The DRSD site does not have a dial that looks the same to me.

Looks OK to me, possible the white paint underneath bleeding through at the foot of some of the letters? I have attached a close up of mine for comparison.

Certainly the case has been refinished, no? The chamfers look way too sharp and the brushing on top looks almost unworn compared to the insert and bracelet. Not saying it doesn't look like a very good job but I am saying it looks like a refinished case but tastefully done.
