My understanding is the only production Lefty was the King Midas. Otherwise only rare custom/super low volume pieces.

If you're talking about Rolex specifically, then see above. Basically the Sprite and otherwise very rare / unattainable watches.
If you're open to other watches, the Pelagos LHD is a great watch. I think the Pelagos line has some of the best darn watches Tudor makes. Panerai also makes some destro (lefty) watches, there are several Luminor references with that configuration.

Sinn makes a very cool Destro, as well: the EZM 3.

There are plenty of LHD watches out there, but Rolex only make two AFAIK: One under its own brand (VTNR) and one under the subsidiary brand (Tudor Pelagos LHD). But a lot of other companies make LHD watches. Omega, Sinn, Panerai, TAG, Zodiac, hell you could even say JLC Reverso Duo is sort of an LHD watch because it has two faces and when you use one of them, the crown will be on the left side.

Panerai has some really nice ones (217 is awesome).
Tudor LHD comes to mind as well. |

Since OP posted in the Rolex general section, I assume only looking for info on RLX models.
