Does this look right?

Appears the lume is off center on the hour hand and I've never seen an AK close up before and was a bit confused by the odd light upper stroke on the left leg of the "A" in Air. Does that font look correct?

Any comments are greatly appreciated before I make my decision to buy.

THANK YOU!

Could you explain why you feel that way? I'm a novice at all this and anxious to learn.

So far all I know is that Rolex watches are of the highest quality, especially in the details and when I see the lume off center and a character in a font that might be different, it catches my attention.

BTW, the watch is an 8,049xxx serial dating it to '83.

...based only upon YOUR own words about the "A"...

...as far as the hand goes, if you look close, you can see the rest of the hand. It is just the lighting or angle of the shot.

...other than that, looks good.

...you should ask for a pic of the movement and ask questions about the case back and the crown/tube condition.

Don't have a photo of the movement yet but here's the caseback and crown.

...case back "teeth"...

...look to be in EXCELLENT condition.

...you need o see the movement to verify authenticity.

...the crown needs to thread properly on the tube.
