FS: Breitling B-1 Analog/Digital Superquartz Chrono - Excellent!

Hello All -

Up for sale is my beautiful Breitling B-1 Analog/Digital Superquartz Chrono reference #A78362 in stainless with a silver dial. The case is 42mm (16.5mm thick) and comes on a Breitling "Fighter" stainless bracelet with a lug width of 22mm and a folding clasp. The crystal is scratch-resistant sapphire with a anti-reflective protective coating. The bezel has countdown numbers on its outer ring and a slide rule on its inner ring. The Superquartz swiss movement is accurate to a few seconds a year. The digital functions include local time, date + seconds, day and date, quick set hour, alarms, chrono - count up to 48h, countdown timer from up to 24h w/ alarm, second time zone, and perpetual calendar.

Full disclosure - the Breitling B-1 was my very first Breitling (of about 50 over the past 25 years). As a pilot, it was the best pilot's watch I've ever come across. My first B-1 wasn't a Superquartz but it still kept near-perfect time. This is my third B-1 which I had purchased more for collectible nostalgia then function but it's still a great watch.

This is a complete set and includes everything - all boxes (inner/outer), manuals, papers, hang tag, extra links, and documents. I bought this watch new for my collection several years ago and have worn it very few times. It's condition is excellent, and I would rate it at 98% or better. See my photos for everything that's included. I've priced this watch to sell at $3,550 and that includes overnight shipping and insurance to CONUS ONLY.

I have been a collector for over 45 years, and I'm selling a few watches now to downsize my collection a bit so I don't want any trades. Thank you for looking and please PM or email me at [email protected] with any questions. I have tons of references available going back decades!

Thanks,
Chuck
