Oysterdate precision model 6094
I have a Rolex Oysterdate Precision that says model? 6094 in the inside back of case. It has no serial or reference number ob the sides of the watchband.
My grandfather owned it and he passed away in 1960. I've had it since 1983 but just got it fixed. It is a steel model with palstic casea black bezel and red date. It only has the number 6 and 9 and the rest are just silver marks. The watch repair person said that it is about 60 years old and the parts are hand made? It is not automatic and had to be winded every 24 hrs. Can anyone tell me what year it was made and what the value is. Thanks for any information you can share. |

Welcome to TRF.
Can you post pictures of the watch. It might be easier to identify that way.

The watchband would not have numbers... They should be against the watch case, underneath the watch band..

There are no numbers on the sides of the watch case and it did not come with a band. There is something etched or engraved on the inside of the cover above the ref no., but I nor the repair guy can not read because it is too small.
I will take a picture of it and post it when ready. Thanks |
