1601 Circa 1977 Tiffany Dial - Your advice please

I've been going back and forth with the seller and his lowest price is $1750 shipped. I know that there really is no added value with the Tiffany Dial (especially without the documentation proving it).

Need your advice on the following:

1. Condition - Looks good to my "Vintage Virgin Eyes"
2. Authenticity - My only concern is the Tiffany Dial - Your comments?
3. Price - I'm seeing a lot of 1601s going for $1200-$1500, do you think $1750 is too much to pay for this one?
