Decided on new watch. How much discount?

Went to gearys on Rodeo drive and tried on a GMT ceramic SS

I want one. How much discount can I expect from AD? 20% possible?
Also want yo have it shipped to save taxes

thanks

Asking for 20% sure couldn't hurt. 10-15% might be more reasonable, depending on the AD. I would check some of the sellers here. I've been reading about some pretty good discounts.

Hi. Would you mind sharing contact info? I will be there on business again shortly and maybe I have been visiting the wrong AD!

I got mine at an AD with a 20% discount, so it can be done. They charged me $75 to ship out of state but I avoided taxes that way. Just tell them that XYZ dealer across town offered it to you at 20% off but you'd prefer it come from them as you'd like to build a relationship with them instead. They will give you 20% off, otherwise try another dealer. Good luck!

Gerardo, I think he meant "here" as in here on TRF

10-15% off MSRP on SS Rolex seems to be the norm.

MSRP for GMT2C is $7000, take 20% off is $5600. I have been watching Sales section on this forums for 2 months now, have not seen one under $5750 yet - Brand New with open paper.

Not really, I spoke with you before I bought mine, I got from my local AD for $5600, and no Tax, no shipping - they only need a out of state address for their paper work, I walked out the door with my watch.
Oscar, I know you are a very very very good seller, you have sold a lot of watches cheaper than AD, but not this one.

Don't settle for less than 15%, but aim for 20%.
