can the brand screws come out?

I was just wondering about this, because they are screws and not pins, could they become undone and fall out? Did anybody have this happen? thanks!

O and in the name of the post i meant band screws (not brand!)

I did lose a screw once. Fortunately, it happened while I was taking the watch off and the watch was secure in my hands. I lost that screw but AD had spare ones and put it back.

In retrospect, the screw got loose over a period of time since I remember noticing that the screw was bulging out a little for many days before it came out, but I took it lightly.

You mean the screws in the bracelet? They are normally fitted with a thread lock glue applied. I asked the question a while ago because I removed screws and was told they wouldn't undo. I dropped in it to an AD while passing and asked them to fit them with the loctite again anyway.

Anything that can be screwed in, can unscrew out thats perfectly logical. But myself have never experience any screws coming loose, or falling out, in 30 years of Rolex wearing.

I've never heard of screws coming out, but becoming loose yes. I'd think one would notice an unseated screw.

With the use of loctite #221 it's highly unlikely, if there's a constant vibration then I could see losing a screw.
