Based on the 3 options you listed. I would go LV.

Personally of those three: The blue TT. But I'd look into other watch brands as-well.

Get the hulk. When I graduated medical school in 2008, my parents bought me a Rolex. I ended up buying the Sub Date, but in hindsight, I should've picked up the LV because it's a lot more interesting and unique.
I think you should get the hulk.

The TT Blue of course.
Don´t bother about what other people think, they are always going to find something to complain on. No need of telling anybody how you acquired it. Dress for success.

From post 51 he bought the Hulk.
Read the thread. I was going to suggest a white SS Daytona.

Congrats on the new watch.
It maybe late but I have one observation I want to make from personal experience. No matter what watch you get as a gift it will always be very meaningful and sentimental (i know mine are). But none will compare with the feeling you get when you pick out your first Watch that you earned by your own hard work. My Graduation gift watch sits in a safe and the Exp II I wear every day. there is a feeling of pride every time I put it on knowing that I earned it with the skill I crafted over the last 14 years. I know that there will be other watches in my future (ball, birth year sub, TT and others) but the EXP II will always be very meaningful to me. At the end of the day if you have something you love and take pride in that's all that matters. |
