I'm in love with the Pepsi colors. But I guess, to each their own.

I'll admit, I wasn't immediately drawn to the Pepsi color scheme. I'd been collecting for several years before I added one to my collection.

I have no idea what my wife thinks of my BLRO, and I really don't care. She doesn't wear it - I do. All the time! :)

The Pepsi is the one watch I put on that just draws me in, no matter how many times I wear it. I don't know if it's the colors of the bezel against the black dial with the steel. But there is something about it that I'm just really drawn too.

I'm also talking about my 16710. The 116710 doesn't really do it for me.

Some people like things because they like them. Some people don’t like things, but say they do, because other people like them. Some people even don’t like things because other people like them.............and yes, there is a psychology behind it.

i had commented on the other thread that it's not for me. that being said i don't dislike it. and i was actually digging it, along with the others (cola, batman, hulk, etc)
just didn't see myself wearing it, while i owned it. i guess i trend towards more traditional watches. very basic psychology

Just want to take a quick moment to thank everyone for being good sports about this thread. Have been wondering for a while why I really like Pepsis but my significant other has the opposite opinion. While it is true that everyone has different tastes, I wondered if it was something more specific? Was there some gender-predisposition involved? Something else? Not saying anything definitively. Just grateful for your respectful, good-willed comments.

Not sure what the real attraction to the Pepsi really is.

Because it's the original colors for the watch. That's the only way they came for decades, and the way it was designed.

Retro nostalgia.

You hear lots of people on the forum say they like a certain watch because it is "under the radar"' well, a lot of Rolex owners like "in you face" style watches and a Pepsi screams ROLEX.

16710 is my favorite Rolex.
