Ahhh...missed that while looking at the pics.

When I looked closer a second time, do I see a “seconds track” engraved around the circumference of the tourbillon cage?

Buy what you love. I’m not sure of the price here but if I wanted a tourb it would be a journe no ifs ands or buts.

I don’t believe that is, I think just the teeth at the edge of the cage.

I think you aren’t far from me and we may even share the same Rolex AD. Next time there are some of these pieces that arrive I’ll send you a PM if you want to take a look for fun, and enjoy some nice drinks in the process:).

I don’t know much about FPJ Tourbillons but I imagine they are also out of this world.

They're epic. Not as wild as MB&F, yet are top quality.

This is the other. Watching the minute repeater chime through the dial is sensory overload :). Gotta get my son through college (or at least pre-school!) so hence the lack of urgency :)

That’s a great looking piece - waiting out for that is a good move.

Is all their watchmaking in house, or do they outsource the design / construction?

Agree, it is something special.

All their watches are now in house. IIRC about 100ish folks that do the main line (including their smart watch) and 16 who specialize in the high watches.
