Nope never noticed, I thought all the PM pieces were the same. Not a fan of how the end links go above teh lugs on the white gold though. Looks very strange.

Yes the endlink on white gold Daytonas protrude above the lugs. Is your friend’s watch stainless? His lugs would be flush with the endlink. Doesn’t look overpolished to me.
