It's the hand bush which is actually riveted to the hand, pressed onto the seconds hand, not the cannon pinion. The cannon pinion holds the minute hand and is completely invisible in this picture.

How does an AD in another country sell a highly collectible Rolex to a customer from another country? Then does not remove the stickers. And now all these issues....
