We're talking about VERY different watches here, and in the end, only YOU know in your heart what the 'right' thing to do is....Personally, I am not a fan of the TT GMT-C....I love DDs, but not the bark version.

Consider your lifestyle and which watch you want to see on your wrist every day....good luck!

I could be wrong, but it seems like it would be a decent financial move

I like the PCL DD more then the Bark ones.
But this is a unique complete piece and not worn-out.
On top of that; financially is this a healthy deal.
But still in doubt, my GMT2CTT is also a TOP watch.
And my family is saying whole the time :do not do it

Do you love it as much as your GMT? Are you going to buy it and store it in the safe, only to wear it occassionally?

Sure this is a rare watch. Sure it seems like a good price. But as kcmo, only you will know if it's the right thing to do. Personally I wouldn't do it. I think the TT GMT is a "handsomer" watch for a 47 year old than the DD..

Seems to me the main reason for choosing this is because it's a good deal? Am I right?

It is just a luxury problem ...I know... (some people don't have food to eat).... sad enough!

But indeed I am still in doubt and as the voting goes I think I keep and enjoy my GMT2C TT.

Thanxs for responding

It is complete with box, papers etc. from first owner and was 90% of the time in the safe for 20 years.
It is a mint watch.

Please give me some pros and cons please
Both are great watches, but you have to decide. I love the gold DD, and getting a unique one like you have the opportunity to do would probably prompt me to do it. Like someone else said, there's no shortage of TT GMT IIc's.
