Well, sadly that particular deal hit a little hurdle at the 11th (actually, the 12th) hour so it's back on the hunt for me! I'm actually still thinking seriously about a nice non-date alternative, so will just wait to see what turns up

Well, I got there in the end - just sealed a deal on this absolutely perfect Mk IV red from 1970 - fresh from an RSC service too. Will be with me by Thursday, and I'm delighted
