Diamonds look great with that model. I like diamonds, though originally i was indifferent. Now I'm a fan.

I'm sure he will love it! Champaign dials with diamonds are classic.

It is a matter of tastes but I can understand you don't like it, it's not for everyone (like gold, one might say).
