Ok, I'll play.

A few years back I was shopping for a ladies datejust for my wedding anniversary. I live in Columbia, SC. There is a AD on main street so
I stopped in. First thing I noticed was a "no public restroom" sign on the door. First thing the stuffy sales lady noticed was my t-shirt, carrhartt work pants and work boots. When I got a few feet in the door she looked at me like a bum and said in her most arrogant voice "ah, um...can a help you?" My reply was "I'm looking for a ladies Rolex." She froze with an awkward silence then looked me from top to bottom and back again. I then quickly asked- "you don't think I can afford one?" She was taken aback and said she would have some other jerk help me. He was just that. Too bad as they had what I was looking for. I thanked them for the pleasant treatment and couldn't resist pulling out the wad of $8000 in cash from my pocket. They then tried to rebound and I laughed at them as I walked out. I went directly to Reed's jewelers, was treated like a customer and dropped my money on a ladies two tone datejust.

Bought a new sub for myself a couple of months ago. Straight to Reed's needing to shave, blue jeans and cowboy boots. Treated well again and left with my new watch. Needless to say never considered shopping the first dealer. I'm not done buying either.
