To fix it you would need to decase the movement and reposition the minute hand.

If it's worth it to you it can be fixed. Personally I would wait until the next service as anytime a watch is disassembled you run the risk of other problems being created. If it doesn't effect the functionality of it I would forget it.

But I'm usually asleep way before midnight!
