I can see why folks love the BLNR - the blue on the bezel has some "wow" to it and pops in the right light.

If you're considering the BLNR, it's a must to see it in person. I thought the BLNR was the one for me, but when I viewed it and the LN in person, I was actually won over by the LN.

But, there's no wrong answer! Whatever you choose, enjoy!

I want it because it does such much right; it has the DNA of the GMT Master. Just the color is the only thing I am unsure of. My next Rolex is going to be a 116710 of some sort, I need to really ponder this one.
Great observation, Ravager135.

I think I prefer the black GMT.

I was also lucky enough to see the WG skydweller. That thing is super sexy. No lume tho, and I'll not go that route again. But my lord, absolutely stunning.

Lastly, I saw the DJ2 white stick dial. Lots of love. Tons in fact as I really like the way it looks. It appears very versatile and has a mix of dress and sport.

Sadly, I've really gotten used to the heft of gold and I'm not sure I could go back.

Lots of fun. But zero on my list right for right now.

As Mike suggested in another thread, it's time to start saving for the panda Daytona.
Very interesting thing happened to me with the BLNR - I first tried it on around a year ago and didn't love it. Didn't outright dislike it but didn't think it was for me. Tried one on again a month ago and bought it on the spot. Thought it looked fantastic. Very weird as I can say I've generally never changed my mind like that.

I love the BLNR however like others it has grown on me. Been told by AD that prices are supposed to be going up in the next few months in the UK so hopefully mine comes before this. Was already on the list before anyone says it was a sales tactic ;)

The character of the blue changes with the light.

That is a pleasing feature for me, but it might not be for some.

Regardless, it'll never have the heft of precious metal, so I guess it's just as well it didn't appeal to you, Seth.

I'm happy with mine and I'd be wearing it, if I weren't honeymooning with my THC.

I'm in the same club as you. I much prefer the LN to the BLNR. The splash of green is perfect. I've tried on a Sky-Dweller and really loved it. It's on the long-term wish list.
